The cost of home ownership in 2010 has drastically been reduced because of the fall in interest rates. Home values have held steady, or even gone up, in Northeast Tarrant County and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, but because of interest rates being at historic lows, the actually cost of home ownership has been reduced.
